Jeff’s CONAN Attention-Grabber Minus Jeff
I am literally speechless. My idea to grab Conan’s attention was just used on the air tonight: There were four guys in a row dressed in tuxedos. Conan called them out. It was hilarious. Now, if you know me personally, I’m a fan of dressing up so this idea came naturally, and with the possibility of seeing CONAN this summer, the stakes JUST GOT HIGHER.
I always say to my sister, “I know exactly what I’ll do at CONAN.” Which, in case you don’t watch the show, is something I say because Conan regularly interacts with the audience that ranges from a simple call out (not to mention TV air time) to an entire conversation that usually affects his monologue. So I continue to my sister, “He’ll see me 100% dressed up and I’ll stick out because everyone else is understandably dressed in CONAN gear.” It is the perfect plan. Or, now… “was” the perfect plan. :(
I was so shocked when it happened. My sister couldn’t help but laugh at me (I would have laughed too if I wasn’t crying), but was shocked as well. I had this whole plan and now I have nothing. OPERATION: “Come Up With A New Incredible Attention-Grabber For When I See CONAN” IS NOW IN EFFECT.
