“Those Pictures”? *sigh* I love you so much Damon, but “those pictures” are what made the beautifully ambitious musical project even possible.
I didn’t think it was possible to love Gorillaz any more than I already do, but then I finally watch Bananaz, a documentary about their early years [Gorillaz (2001) & Demon Days (2005)], and literally just die in awe of what they do. I have such an obsession and so much respect for these two guys, it’s ridiculous and probably unhealthy.
Damon Albarn & Jamie Hewlett = The greatest collaboration of all time.

Damon Albarn & Jamie Hewlett (Gorillaz) talk about their free album “THE FALL” that was made on an iPad in hotel rooms during the North American leg of the “Escape to Plastic Beach” tour.
I told myself not to reblog as much for my new blog “comedy” theme, but this is just too hilarious. :{D

Day 11 (Late) (Gorillaz Challenge) - Your favorite interview
Well, Gorillaz (both the cartoon band & Damon/Jamie) doesn’t really do a lot of interviews, but when they do, they are fantastic. This interview was so epic that Stephen Colbert of The Colbert Report went out of character! You really have to see this for yourself.
